Every week, our head chef Sam Gledhill handpicks a unique premium butcher's cut and crafts a complementary house-made sauce, creating an exclusive pairing for our steak night special.

This week will see a 250g Huon Creek, Eye Fillet paired with a bèarnaise sauce and fries.
